Kristi Ingram

Kristi began her real estate career in 1998 after graduating from the University of California with degrees in Sociology and Communications. After relocating to Dallas, Texas, Kristi continued in the real estate and finance field as a custom home builder's representative. After marrying her husband, a Pueblo native, in 1992, they relocated to Pueblo in 1995. Kristi has been actively involved in the community ever since. Currently Kristi is a charter member of the Better Business Bureau Advisory Council, the Pueblo Association of Homebuilders, the Pueblo Association of Realtors, the Pueblo Chamber of Commerce, the Latino Chamber of Commerce, the Pueblo West Chamber of Commerce, and is a strong supporter and member of PEDCO which supports job growth in Pueblo County. Kristi is a member of the Source leads referral group and is President of the Front Range Business Group of Pueblo and volunteers as a teacher for Junior Achievement. An avid gardener and cook, Kristi also volunteers at her children's school, plays in a Bunco league, and journals her family's memories through scrap booking. She and her family enjoy taking their ATVs to tour the beautiful Colorado mountains. She is proud to call Pueblo her home.

Kristy Knutson

Kristy Knutson has been a loan coordinator since 2002. However, she's been involved with real estate for over thirteen years, as her father is a Pueblo area realtor. She truly understands how important the details are in a transaction and goes above and beyond to ensure that all aspects of a loan file are in perfect order. Kristy's attention to detail and innate knowledge of mortgages has helped her rise to the top in a short amount of time. Kristy also attends Colorado State University-Pueblo as a full-time student and is majoring in business. Aside from work and school, Kristy is very close to her family, especially her two sisters.

Bridgett Aumiller

Bridgett Aumiller has been involved in the Real Estate and Finance industry since 2002. She is a Pueblo native, and is proud to call Pueblo her home. She attended Pueblo Community College after graduating from South High School.
Bridgett enjoys participating in many of her son's sporting and school activities, as well as many community events. She has been an avid volunteer at her son's school, as well as many community Nursing homes.
